Flower Delivery Policy
Please note that we offer one delivery attempt for all flower orders. If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will do our best to leave the flowers in a safe and sheltered location on the property.
Once the delivery has been completed, you will be contacted with confirmation and details of where the flowers have been left.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers, especially in extreme weather conditions or when delivering to shared properties.
